Good morning BCAS! Please take note of the following announcements for tonight’s rehearsal.
- Last call for program ads! Talk to Tom or Michelle if you have any that you need to turn in, as today is the last day to do so. Also due today are notes to Marcia in the program.
- Keep selling tickets! We know ticket sales usually increase after solos are announced, so make sure your people get tickets so they don’t miss out. The concert is almost a month away to the day!
- Picnic sign up sheets are at the table before rehearsal and during the break. You can bring cash or venmo Gail. Payment is $15 and a dish to pass.
- See Tina or the election committee if you are interested in running for the board. We are always looking for new volunteers that want to give their time and ideas to our chorus. If you’ve been considering running don’t hesitate to reach out!
- If you haven’t checked your occupation with me (Beth Jasen) at the table before rehearsal, please do so tonight. The list is going to Kevin tomorrow for the program so today is the last day for any changes.
- Solo auditions begin tonight! Marcia sent out a blog detailing this so we hope to see many of you there to audition. Even if you aren’t auditioning consider staying to hear your fellow chorus members.
