Our Christmas Concerts are coming soon and tonight we’ll start our Christmas Patron Drive. For new members, we’ll be providing a large envelopes containing 10 Patron Drive Letters, 10 Ticket Order Forms and 10 mailing envelopes. (Extras are available if needed, as well as forms on our website for printing and/or emailing).
We ask each member to address the letter and envelope to friends, relatives and co-workers and write a little note asking for their support. You’ll place the letter and form in the envelope and seal. Do not stamp. We’ll provide the stamps. Bring the envelopes back next week and we’ll put the stamps on and mail them.
Our ticket sales cover only a portion of the cost of our concerts. This Patron Drive allows the individuals to donate a small amount beyond the cost of tickets and, as a Thank You, we acknowledge their gift in the program.
Also, many members keep their own mailing address for these letters. Those who do may want to bring some mailing labels with them tonight and fill out the envelopes at break. We’ll have stamps tonight so you can get a jump start.
